We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure cigars are stored under appropriate humidity and temperature conditions ( 16 °C - 22 °C / 65% - 72% Humidity)  preserving their quality and flavour. We have professional cigar storage facilities and regularly inspect and adjust storage conditions to ensure freshness and quality of the cigars.

For boxes of cigars - we always ship with the original package to ensure the cigars are well-protected.

For single cigars / separate cigars - we always ship with a cardboard cigar case to ensure the cigars are well-protected.

We always pack the cigars in a zippered plastic bag to maintain the humidity level and keep the cigars properly moisturised. Lastly we always surround the cigars with soft packing material, to prevent them from shifting and getting crushed during shipping.

Yes, It is normal to receive cigars unsealed as we conduct a quality check on cigar conditions or maintenance to ensure cigars are at the optimal condition when you receive them.

Plume (also called cigar bloom) is actually a positive sign, and harmless. It indicates that the cigar has been properly aged and fermented, allowing the natural oils and compounds within the tobacco to slowly crystallise on the surface.Feel free to contact us if you need more information.
