Shipping Costs Based on Item Weight
International shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items being shipped:
- A minimum charge of HKD 180 applies for shipments weighing up to 500 grams.
- For every additional 500 grams, an extra fee will be added to the shipping cost.
- The maximum shipping cost is capped at HKD 744 for items weighing 3000 grams and above.
PLEASE NOTE
1. We CANNOT not ship hazmat items ( e.g. we have to discharge all the butane from lighter )
2. It is normal to receive cigars unsealed, as we do quality check on cigar conditions or maintenance for some cigars to avoid the risks of bursting, mouldy, cigar bugs, etc
