This wine is full-bodied and rich, with 14.3% alcohol. The 2021 vintage is strong and deep, but because it comes from an old-vine single vineyard, the tannins are silky and as fine as powder. It has lively acidity and a very long finish of black coffee, cocoa, and black pepper.
