This wine is medium to full-bodied with a rich, creamy, and remarkably fleshy texture. The core features prominent savory notes of toasted brioche, honey, and subtle spice, balanced by ripe stone fruits, baked apple, and candied citrus. The fine mousse and wood-aged reserve structure are firm and exceptionally deep, supported by lively, chalky acidity. It finishes dry and incredibly long with a touch of sweet oak, vanilla, and chalky minerality.
