This wine feels fine, juicy, and rich. Even though it is only labeled as a Kabinett, it is so strong and full-bodied that it tastes like a higher-tier Auslese in a blind tasting. It has a very long finish with tastes of fresh, salty citrus and crisp slate minerals.
