This legendary wine is medium to full-bodied with a remarkably polished, seamless, and aristocratic texture. The core of the 2022 vintage features prominent, sophisticated aromas of crushed gravel, graphite, and dried red cherries, layered with dark currants, fresh tobacco leaf, and subtle wild Mediterranean scrub (garrigue). The tannins are exceptionally fine-grained and tightly woven, providing a classic, structured spine that is beautifully balanced by a bright, refreshing, and persistent acidity. It finishes dry, long, and incredibly precise, leaving a lingering trail of mineral salt, red berries, and integrated French oak spice.
