This wine is medium-bodied with a focused, laser-sharp, and intensely mineral-driven texture. The core of the 2022 vintage features prominent notes of green apple, crisp lemon flesh, and white peach, layered with savory nuances of wet flint, oyster shell, and a delicate touch of white flowers. It has no tannins, but features a high, mouth-watering, and incredibly clean acidity that drives a bright, electric tension across the palate. It finishes completely dry, crisp, and long, with an echoing, salty limestone minerality.
