This wine is full-bodied with a supple, velvety, and beautifully fleshy texture. The core features prominent savory notes of ground black pepper, garrigue (the signature wild Mediterranean herbs like rosemary and thyme), and black liquorice, balanced by warm, generous flavors of ripe black cherries, dark plums, and black raspberries. The tannins are smooth, rounded, and finely integrated, offering a gentle but persistent grip, supported by a soft, well-balanced acidity. It finishes dry and impressively long with a warm touch of warming spices and a hint of dark cocoa.
